Central Texas Storm Shelters is operated by HD Signals LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect on this website, through our AI assistant and through our text messages, why we collect it, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- Quote requests: your name, city, phone number, email, shelter type, timeline, home type, number of people to shelter, and any notes you add.
- SMS consent: whether you checked the optional text message box, with the date and time, page and phone number it applies to.
- Contact messages: your name, contact details and message.
- AI assistant conversations: voice or chat conversations may be recorded and transcribed by our voice provider, along with the details you share.
- Technical data: pages visited, browser and device type, and similar data our hosting provider logs.
Why we collect it
- To pass your quote request to an independent local installer who serves your area, so they can contact you about your project.
- If you opted in, to send text messages about your quote request.
- To answer your questions and support requests.
- To keep records of consent, prevent spam and abuse, and improve this site and the assistant.
Who we share it with
- The independent installer we match you with, so they can call or email you about your request.
- Service providers that run this site, our forms, our messaging and our voice assistant, only to operate the service.
- Authorities, if required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
Text messages are optional. We text you only if you check the separate SMS consent box on our quote form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Messages are about your quote request; message frequency varies (about 1–5 per request). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
The categories of sharing listed above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and consent records as long as needed to handle your request and meet record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, through our contact page (choose "Privacy request"). Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
Children
This site is for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
